I had a bright, updated room with a sitting area, iron, ironing board, and a couch bed. The location was good, really close to shops and dining spots, several eateries, and Rosemead, CA. Freshly cooked dishes were served at the lobby restaurant.

Size of room and convenience to freeway and downtown L.A.

The front desk check-in did not have the Booked.net information, so we were not given our free breakfast coupons. I had to call the hotel after the fact, make an issue of it, and they were able to credit some funds back to my credit card. Also, Booked.net and the Doubletree did not have the same price per night quote. The hotel's price was higher. After I made an issue of this, Doubletree gave me the lower amount, as was quoted by Booked.net

Immaculate room with comfy bed and pleasant views. Magnificent location to a petting zoo. Plenty of food options within easy walking distance of the venue.

This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, a mall, and beautiful mountain views.

The rooms were spacious and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations. I loved having amenities like a minibar, flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control in the room. The breakfast had a variety of delicious dishes. The service was excellent, and they even accommodated an early check-in. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The staff was friendly and warm....from the front desk, room serivce, to the restaurant.....service was great, the breakfasts were greatly satisfying, it was clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay there again and would highly recommend our friends and families to stay there if they need a place to stay in that area. And it was right across the street from the shopping mall. :-) Very convenient location for us. And the best part is the parking was free!!!

The communications center could use a little help. It didn't seem that clean. But we were grateful for having the use of the computers to get our boarding passes online. The computers and printer in the Seattle DoubleTree were just off the lobby, and that was so much more convenient and felt safer. Having to go to the 3rd floor in a little room of the Rosemead Double Tree was a little "creepy" and didn't feel very safe.

The breakfast had a delicious selection of dishes to choose from, making it satisfying.

Everything was brand-new. Had a great stay for a business trip. The location was marvelous and comfy, really close to restaurants, a shopping mall, and the Pasadena Convention Center.

I wish there was a discount price for stays 5 days or more

The deluxe king room was bright and recently renovated, perfect for my needs. the location was favourable - short walk to the mall, Polo Grill restaurant, and many eateries.

Always pleased staying at this hotel.The rooms are always clean and well decorated with nice toiletries, good water pressure and temperature. Love the multiple pillows on the very comfortable bed which made my sleep much more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet at 9.95 is well priced and always fresh, however, this time, some of the hot items were not kept warm enough. Maybe bunson (sp?) burners were out. Staff is always kind and helpful. The Doubletree is probably the only Hilton-brand hotel that I find most satisfactory of them all.

The rooms are bright and come with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The private bathrooms are clean. The hotel's location is great and convenient, surrounded by dining options and close to downtown. Would stay here again, loved our experience.
